Doodle Challenge for January 2019

January Doodle challenge header

January’s doodle challenge is all about winter.  Grab yourself a cup of hot chocolate and get those pencils sharpened and ready for some doodling!

This challenge is participated in by the members of my Facebook group, Christian Planner, Journal, and Craft Fellowship and any of you who would like to join us! You can join us in the group or join along on Instagram.

Why do we doodle? Doodling helps improve our drawing skills so we can improve our Bible art journaling pages!

January 2019 Doodle Challenge

I usually print these out on 28 pound white paper (or 32 pound paper is even better) and just stick them right into my planner or journal. The heavier the paper, the less chance it will tear out of your binder or planner by accident and helps resist bleeding or ghosting from your pens or markers.  It helps the page turn easier too.

If you choose to print these out on full-size (letter) sticker paper.  I use these here.  They’re priced great and you can write on them easily. They are good enough quality for my needs.  If you want a top-quality sticker paper look for these or clear ones here. (Though not all pens or markers will write well on the clear ones). If you don’t want to use sticker paper, you can print them on card stock or regular printer paper and glue them down.  Honestly, the sticker paper is the best way, however. Regardless of the type.

Going through a lot of ink printing out planner stickers?  Do like I did and enlist in the HP Instant Ink program! I’ve saved so much money on ink since I did a year and a half ago.  They have different plans, but the one I’m in (the most pages) is that I can print up to 300 pages worth of ink for just over $9.99 per month. You can choose lesser pages for a lower rate, but I do a lot of printing between coupons, planner stickers and other things.  Click on the image here to check it out! –>

Scripture Writing Plan for January 2019

January 2019 scripture writing plan header

I must apologize for my lack of content this month.  There’s been a family emergency that’s kept my attention the entire month of December 🙁  God is so good and has gotten us through it though. He is so faithful!

I plan on writing a more detailed post soon, but in a nutshell, my husband took a tumble and hit his knee in our backyard.  Four days later he couldn’t walk or even stand up.  I got him to the Cleveland Clinic ER where his white blood cell count was very high indicating infection.  They did a knee tap (removed a big tube of fluid from his knee) and tested that and it came back indicating sepsis.  He was in the Cleveland Clinic for 2 weeks hallucinating and fighting infection.  Now he’s been in a nursing home for the past week recovering with physical therapy and also having IV antibiotic treatment.  His mind is back to normal after a week and a half of dilusions and just a mess.  He is looking and behaving better now and is slowly taking a few steps with a walker to the bathroom and back to his bed.  I don’t know when he’ll be able to come home. I’m hoping his doctor’s appointment on January 7th will say he can come home.  I’d appreciate your prayers that that will be the case!

End of the Age Prophecy Updates for 10-21-18

End of the Age Updates 10-21-18

I hope you all are well and adjusting to the changing seasons. Here in Ohio we’re a few days behind in taking the air conditioner out of our bedroom window (I’m nagging my husband to help me 🙂 )  and I’ve heard a few reports about the first appearance of the white stuff showing up in our skies.

I’ve been hard at work cleaning my house and working on writing my weekly lesson on the Book of Revelation for a Facebook group I’m teaching as well as an occasional teaching at our evening Bible study group.  I’ve also been busy creating graphics for digital planners and bullet journals for my Etsy shop.  My new digital planner/bullet journal is a huge help in me balancing my time between projects instead of my usual, “all or nothing” tendency 🙂

My efforts at trying to become a Proverbs 31 woman!

Autumn Road Printable Planner Stickers and Individual Files for Digital Planners

I’m trying to increase the selection of printable planner stickers in my Etsy shop as well as start adding sets of individual files for those of us enjoying the new digital planning/digital bullet journal method.  I just added two listings I thought you might like a preview of.  (Please remember these are for personal use only.)

These two listnings are for the graphics you see below.  The first image is my own printout of the printbable planner stickers.  This includes (for each page): png file, jpg file, pdf file, blackout file (for cutting machine users who want to create their own cut files), and Silhouette cut file.  Click here to view that listing.

Autumn Road printable planner stickers

The second listing is the same graphics, but it’s a zip file of all the individual graphics so Android users like me can use them with our digital planners and digital bullet journals.   Included also are two pages of png files for IOS users.  You can click here to view that listing.

Please give my little Etsy shop a chance. Christmas is coming up and I also have a big dental bill coming up you would be helping me with.

Thanks!
