Scripture Writing Plan for April 2018

Scripture Writing Plan for April 2018

With last month’s theme being “renewal”, I thought the next step in progression should surely be “growth”!  Once someone is renewed by becoming a disciple of Jesus, we begin to grow. Growth is necessary for all stages of life: physically, mentally, and spiritually alike.  If we become stagnant, we are rendered useless for ourselves and the Kingdom!

Use these passages to write out the scriptures and grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! 🙂

Scripture Writing Plan for March 2018

March Scripture Writing Plan

For this month’s scripture writing plan, I decided to focus on renewal.  So many of us seem to have the winter blah’s and need a bit of an oomph, I think 🙂  Easter (Resurrection Day) is April 1st and as it’s a time of renewal it was just appropriate for us to renew our minds with the Word of God.  It really does transform us!

Scripture Writing Plan for February 2018

This post marks one year of Sincerely Sapphire’s scripture writing plans!  I’m so pleased with how eager so many of you are to get the next month’s plan 🙂  God is moving and drawing souls to Himself -both those already His and those who are seeking to know more about Him. It is my honor to provide these plans for you every month.  I am humbled to be used to the Lord as a tool to get you into His Word.  I’d love to hear back from how you are using the plans, and I’d love to see how you decorate your writings (if you choose to do so, which of course it’s not necessary). Just get into the Bible and drink freely from the water of life!

Scripture Writing Plan for December 2017

Scripture Writing Plan for December 2017

This month I posted a poll in my Facebook group, Christian Planner Journal and Craft Fellowship asking them to choose one of three options for this month’s scripture writing plan. The winner by a large margin was “Peace, Joy, and Praise”.  So I took that and worked in Christmas passages and the result is this month’s scripture writing plan 🙂  The first half of the month I focused on verses regarding peace, joy, and praise; and the last half of the month on verses about Christmas.  Christmas is a Christian’s most joyous time of the year (along with Easter) because that’s when we recognize and celebrate the Savior of the world, Jesus Christ! Now of course we know Jesus was not born on December 25th. However, that’s the day of the year (season for many of us) that we set aside to keep the Coming of the Messiah of the world in our thoughts and praises, thanking Him for coming to earth to save us all from our sins and the resulting consequence of those sins:  eternal separation from the Father, God.  What more object of adoration and praise can there ever be?? 🙂

I’m a big kid at Christmas. Always have been, and I try every year to focus more on the true Reason for the season and less on all the commercial stuff.

My Facebook group, Christian Planner Journal and Craft Fellowship and I enjoy doing these monthly plans together and discussing it each month.  I hope you enjoy these monthly scripture writing plans and use them to grow closer to our Lord as a result! I’d love to hear from those who are using it in the comments below!

November 2017 Scripture Writing Plan

Hi everyone! HOPEFULLY I’m back at least here at SincerelySapphire.com

I paid my host, GoDaddy, to migrate my two blogs (this one and CalvaryCouponers.com) to an upgraded account helping my blogs to not crash anymore when a lot of people access it at once.  Both of them were supposedly fixed and ready to go, but then both of them were down and needed the programmers to correct them again.  This blog wouldn’t let me upload images, so this post will test to see if that is fixed 🙂  Calvary Couponers wouldn’t even load (you’d have thought they would have “test-driven” it to know before telling me it was ready!)  So that one is still messed up and I’m still waiting to hear back from them that that one is fixed.

Anyway….just in time to get our bullet journals and whatnot prepped for November, here I present to you our Scripture Writing Plan for November!  Let me know if you use it and how it’s going by leaving a comment below! 🙂

Scripture Writing Plan for October, 2017

When contemplating what theme to use for this month, it just seemed like a given that freedom from fear would be the plan.  October being the month that most of the world celebrates Halloween and trying to scare their friends and others. The whole trick or treat aspect of the holiday seems to bring more and more terror every year.  When I was a child, we dressed as clowns, princesses, hobos…anything but the blood-dripping masks that seems so popular these days.

You get the idea.  I think the Lord would have us counteract that evil with the truth from His Word, that His plan for us is absolutely not fear and a Christian should remind the world of that fact.  It’s said that the phrase, “Do not fear”, is in the Bible 365 times (once per day for those of the Western calendar).  Let us try to memorize some of these passages as we write them throughout the month the world seems to celebrate fear!
