Scripture Writing Plan for January 2019

January 2019 scripture writing plan header

I must apologize for my lack of content this month.  There’s been a family emergency that’s kept my attention the entire month of December 🙁  God is so good and has gotten us through it though. He is so faithful!

I plan on writing a more detailed post soon, but in a nutshell, my husband took a tumble and hit his knee in our backyard.  Four days later he couldn’t walk or even stand up.  I got him to the Cleveland Clinic ER where his white blood cell count was very high indicating infection.  They did a knee tap (removed a big tube of fluid from his knee) and tested that and it came back indicating sepsis.  He was in the Cleveland Clinic for 2 weeks hallucinating and fighting infection.  Now he’s been in a nursing home for the past week recovering with physical therapy and also having IV antibiotic treatment.  His mind is back to normal after a week and a half of dilusions and just a mess.  He is looking and behaving better now and is slowly taking a few steps with a walker to the bathroom and back to his bed.  I don’t know when he’ll be able to come home. I’m hoping his doctor’s appointment on January 7th will say he can come home.  I’d appreciate your prayers that that will be the case!

I usually print these out on 28 pound white paper (or 32 pound paper is even better) and just stick them right into my planner or journal. The heavier the paper, the less chance it will tear out of your binder or planner by accident and helps resist bleeding or ghosting from your pens or markers.  It helps the page turn easier too.

If you choose to print these out on full-size (letter) sticker paper.  I use these here.  They’re priced great and you can write on them easily. They are good enough quality for my needs.  If you want a top-quality sticker paper look for these or clear ones here. (Though not all pens or markers will write well on the clear ones). If you don’t want to use sticker paper, you can print them on card stock or regular printer paper and glue them down.  Honestly, the sticker paper is the best way, however. Regardless of the type.

Going through a lot of ink printing out planner stickers?  Do like I did and enlist in the HP Instant Ink program! I’ve saved so much money on ink since I did a year and a half ago.  They have different plans, but the one I’m in (the most pages) is that I can print up to 300 pages worth of ink for just over $9.99 per month. You can choose lesser pages for a lower rate, but I do a lot of printing between coupons, planner stickers and other things.  Click on the image here to check it out! –>

Scripture Writing Plan for September 2018

Scripture Writing Plan for September 2018

I want to thank all of you who prayed for me and reached out to me with encouragement and support after I posted about my autistic son running away from home last month.  You’ll never know how much that meant to me and how much it helped me!  I have since installed door and windows alarms to keep him safe (and my stress level down).

This month, I’m getting our scripture writing plan for September up a little early. I put together a different planner (I’ll post about that really soon – my Frankenplanner) that’s keeping me on task for getting this prepared on the same day every month. I know most of us use planners or journals of some type to schedule our writing for the month and it’s always nice to have the schedule with plenty of time to have the information to set up our next month’s planner or journal.

Use these passages to write out the scriptures and grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! 🙂

Scripture Writing Plan for August 2018

August 2018 scripture writing plan header

Please forgive me for the delay in posting this. By the grace of God, I compiled it a week early, but then a family crisis struck that really knocked me for a whollop (more on that in an upcoming “Ponderings of My Predicament” post).  Also, this just shows how the Lord has His hand on me and my writing here, and the Facebook group I admin that uses these plans every month.  The family crisis struck me with fear like I haven’t felt in – well probably EVER!  and the Lord put it on my heart to have our topic for this month’s scripture writing plan be “Fear and Confidence” before the circumstance arose that put me into such a state.  (Believe me, the knowledge of that has not been lost on me!)

Use these passages to write out the scriptures and grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! 🙂

Scripture Writing Plan for July 2018

July 2018 Scripture Writing Plan

I’ve been a bit behind on my blog because I’ve been tearing into my house for spring cleaning. At the same time I’m gathering things for a few yard sales I’d like to have next month. I hope to really get more content here for us all as soon as I slow down a bit 🙂

A few ladies in my Facebook group have asked if I had the July scripture writing plan finished yet, and so I took a break to get this ready for you all.  I had something totally different in mind, but after praying about it, the Lord led me to change the topic to Repentance, so this is what He and I put together for us all 🙂

Use these passages to write out the scriptures and grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! 🙂

Scripture Writing Plan for June 2018

June 2018 Scripture Writing Plan

This month I asked my Facebook group for ideas for the theme.  Along with suggestions, I kept seeing that so many of my members are going through a lot of battles (my family included -my mom suffered a stroke a few weeks ago on top of her alzheimers 🙁 ) , so it felt like the Lord was leading me to make this month’s scripture writing plan to be about spiritual warfare!

Use these passages to write out the scriptures and grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! 🙂

Scripture Writing Plan for May 2018

May 2018 Scripture Writing Plan

For the past few months, our themes were renewal then growth.  For a healthy walk with God, it doesn’t end there.  We need to be steadfast in our faith and relationship with Christ.  So this month, our theme is steadfastness!

Use these passages to write out the scriptures and grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! 🙂

Scripture Writing Plan for April 2018

Scripture Writing Plan for April 2018

With last month’s theme being “renewal”, I thought the next step in progression should surely be “growth”!  Once someone is renewed by becoming a disciple of Jesus, we begin to grow. Growth is necessary for all stages of life: physically, mentally, and spiritually alike.  If we become stagnant, we are rendered useless for ourselves and the Kingdom!

Use these passages to write out the scriptures and grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! 🙂
