Hello everyone! Isn’t it great to get together with other believers like this and fellowship and share the Word together? That’s what I like to think I’m doing as I write these posts every week. Part of the dialogue we share together is comparing notes with what we’ve learned since the last time we were together. That’s especially true of those who have a great passion for Bible prophecy -the study of what is happening in the world and how it lines up with world events. We compare notes and see what each other thinks. You agree up to now, correct? 🙂
I just say that to encourage you NOT TO SCOFF at those who are watching and share that they suspect that a certain time period is a high-watch time. None of the Bible prophecy teachers I follow dogmatically say that a certain day is definitely the day of the Rapture. They’ve said that it’s strongly a high-watch period based on Biblical statements compared with things in the world. That should tell us that they are serious watchers. Are you watching as closely as they’ve been? I doubt if any of us are.
Now, of course if someone DOES say that Jesus absolutely IS coming back for His church on a certain date, do not listen to them. PRAY FOR THEM. Listen carefully to what they say. If they seem puffed up and arrogant about it, I don’t listen to them nor will I share their messages here on my blog. If they seem to be humble and seriously seeking and not dogmatically insisting on an exact date (not just a high -watch time), I respect them for the effort they’re putting in to watch and keep us informed. They should be prayed for especially because the world and many many Christians are scoffing at them and slandering them with others.
DON’T YOU BE ONE OF THEM! Pray for them! Love them, love ON them. Show them the love of Jesus. They truly need it. Be wise and not arrogant. Don’t be all puffed up yourself! I’ve had a handful of Facebook friends laughing and taunting these teachers and sharing memes full of images and words that make fun. When I see that I think of the pharisees. Don’t be one! If you have been, please reconsider your actions and repent and be loving from now onward.
Be an ambassador for Jesus. Represent Him well because the world is watching! The Bible tells us that they will know we are Christians by their love for one another. Are they seeing love from you towards these watchers? Think about it!
Please listen to the first part of Pastor J.D. about the September 23rd rapture watching. Thank you for your kindness, pastor J.D. So many believers are being so cruel to those who honestly thought it would happen. Be kind to each other, everyone!
Hi everyone! I pray you all are well and blessed this week.
There is so much happening in our world! Just when one disaster winds down, it seems like another has been following close behind it. I really feel called to continue doing these weekly updates to inform you and I both as we watch for the Lord’s return. Also, in hopes of reaching those fence-sitters who need to fall over to the side of Christ in time! There are many of you out there possibly reading this who do not know if you are ready to meet the Lord should today be the day. I encourage you, if you do not know, visit this web site.
So I’m sitting here working on this week’s prophecy update and this tab opens in my browser that I didn’t open. I have no idea how it came to be open in front of me, but in case this is from the Lord, I’m sharing it here before our usual updates. It’s interesting so far:
Hello everyone! I hope you are all well, especially all of you in Texas and those of whom like me, have family and/or friends in the areas affected by Hurricane Harvey. What a traumatic week we in the US have had this week! That’s not to say that those outside the US haven’t been through a great deal as well, as our prophecy updates for this week will show.
In light of Hurricane Harvey (and Hurricane Irma brewing in the Atlantic), I encourage you to take a look at Bill Koenig’s book, “Eye to Eye: Facing the Consequences of Dividing Israel”. Also, if you are in a position to help those who were badly affected by Hurricane Harvey, I encourage you to visit the SAMARITAN’S PURSE website and make a donation to help. That’s run by Franklin Graham. Please be cautious of scams online and elsewhere and protect your gift by those taking advantage of this catastrophe and give to a source that is trusted and respected such as Samaritan’s Purse.
With that said, let’s get on with this week’s End of the Age Prophecy Updates! —>
(no new videos that I could find this week, but I really encourage you to follow his blog posts HERE and HERE).
Joel is very intelligent and up to date on current events involving Israel (where he and his family now live), the Middle East, Russia, and others. I own every book he’s written and have learned a great deal from him. You can find his books HERE, which I highly recommend!
Joel has a new book coming out in March called The Kremlin Conspiracy I’ve already pre-ordered on Amazon ? Check it out! –>
It’s the day after the Great American Eclipse and we are all still here 🙂 Life has gone on as it has and we are still awaiting the return of the King of kings! See my post about the eclipse here. So what do we prophecy watchers do now? Continue to watch! It hasn’t happened yet, but we are assured by the Bible that it WILL happen!
Hello everyone 🙂 Is everyone else getting ready for back to school or are your kiddos already back in school? This coming week is the last week of summer break for my son. It’s a financially tight summer for us or we’d go and do something special. My son is looking forward to school though. He can’t speak words (till the Lord’s timing…) but when I mention school he lights up. When I ask him if he likes school he does his cute nodding he’s developed these past few years 🙂 He may have autism, but he is smart and bright and very present. I couldn’t ask for a better-behaved and sweeter child if I wanted to. He is so good and sweet and loving.
In light of all the world news and the scare we all feel (and fight to not feel), I’m trying to cling to my faith and the blessings the Lord has given me like the gift of my son.
Are the rest of you winding down your summer and getting ready for back to school? Where did that summer go? I’m really thankful, however, that the summer here in north central Ohio was pretty mild. Last year it was a brutally hot summer. It’s nice to always find things to be thankful for! Another thing to be thankful for is this brings us one season closer to the Lord’s return. I know many of us are thankful for that and clinging to that blessed hope!
Are the rest of you winding up your summer activities and getting ready for back to school? Where did the summer go? ? I’m grateful that it was a fairly mild summer here in north central Ohio and not overwhelmingly hot like it was last year. There’s always something to be thankful for, isn’t there? We’re one week closer to the return of Jesus and the end of the age which ushers in God’s Kingdom with Jesus as the ruler of the earth. That’s definitely our blessed hope!
There is so much happening in the world today and I’ve found that there are many more sources than what I share here, but for time and space limitations this is what I offer us. I hope you glean from it and are educated Biblically and for your world view as we see the events in the world unfold through the lens of Bible prophecy.
I’ve had several things weighing on my mind this week and occasionally I have to stop and remind myself that this too shall pass. The big picture is unfolding all around us and the things of this world are “growing strangely dim” in the light of it all.
(no new videos this week, but check out his latest blog posts HERE and HERE)

Are you all having a great summer so far? Unlike normal kids, my son loves school and I think he’s eager to get back to it 🙂 I’ve had a lot going on this past few weeks with out of town doctor appointments, out of town friends visiting, spending time with my mom and getting her out of the nursing home for the day, spring cleaning, and last but definitely not least my dog, a miniature dachshund, Rudy, got really sick with what we now think was the doggy flu I’m told has been going around.
Rudy is 13 and I was so afraid this was it. He was getting sick with diarrhea and throw up to be cleaned up all over the living room carpet every morning when we got up. (I’m thankful for the Pinterest tip that helped me combine Dawn and peroxide to get it up!) He wasn’t eating nor drinking. I got him to the vet and they gave him an antibiotic shot and some pills to give him at home. Rudy is finally back to his old sweet self other than not wanting to jump up onto things. That’s probably that he’s 13 years old and needs help now. I love him so much and he’s worth the $215 vet bill and juggling the rest of the month’s bills to get him better.
It was also my birthday (and my sister’s the day after mine) and I got the HP Sprocket for my birthday gift. It’s a pocket zero-ink printer used with your cell phone. I LOVE it and will be doing a post on that shortly. But for now, on to a catch up on the End of the Age Updates! —>
