July 2020 Scripture Writing Plan -Spiritual Warfare

July 2020 scripture writing plan

This month I had a few requests for a scripture writing plan theme of “Spiritual Warfare”.

With all that’s going on in the world with Covid-19 and the riots, both of which have taken over the planet, I thought, “What better time for a spiritual warfare theme”?  We need to undergird ourselves with scripture and be ready to face the world’s battles in a Godly way.

June 2020 Scripture Writing Plan

June 2020 scripture writing plan header

For those wondering what happened to the June scripture writing plan, there’s nothing wrong with your device 🙂  In my pursuit of transitioning from a wife and mom to a single widowed mom, I got behind on everything and didn’t get it posted to my blog. (sorry!)

I did get it done and posted to my facebook group and my Facebook page, but didn’t get it uploaded to my blog.  If this ever happens again (and I’m going to try to not let it happen again), refer to my Facebook page to see if it’s posted there.

May 2020 Scripture Writing Plan – Freedom from Fear!

May Scripture Writing Plan header

UPDATE:

May scripture writing plan day 1 should be JOHN 14:26-27, not 1 John 🙂 Sorry 🙂

Hello friends,

I hope you all find this in time to begin tomorrow! I’ve been SO busy making and distributing masks for those in need of them during this Covid-19 pandemic I haven’t had time to think 🙂

For Aprils, I had tried for DAYS to get my posts for April posted to the blog and finally gave up till now when it’s time to get the May scripture writing plan up on the blog. I’m praying this gets uploaded so I can get us caught up! 🙂

Every time I tried to log in to my blog the hourglass just kept spinning. It just kept trying and would time out every single time.  I suspect the internet was just too inundated with everyone home online since all the Covid-19 pandemic shut downs.  So many people were at home and online.

In fact, I hope THIS posts! 🙂  I think I’ll stop with the chit chat for now and get it posted before it freezes up again! lol

I asked my Facebook group, Christian Planner, Journal, and Craft Fellowship what they would like to have as the theme for May and this seemed to be the majority vote. I agree! With all that’s going on with the Covid-19 pandemic, we need this reminder!

God bless and have a great May!

I usually print these out on 28 pound white paper (or 32 pound paper is even better) and just stick them right into my planner or journal. The heavier the paper, the less chance it will tear out of your binder or planner by accident and helps resist bleeding or ghosting from your pens or markers. It helps the page turn easier too.

If you choose to print these out on full-size (letter) sticker paper. I use these here. They’re priced great and you can write on them easily. They are good enough quality for my needs. If you want a top-quality sticker paper look for these or clear ones here. (Though not all pens or markers will write well on the clear ones). If you don’t want to use sticker paper, you can print them on card stock or regular printer paper and glue them down. Honestly, the sticker paper is the best way, however. Regardless of the type.

Going through a lot of ink printing out planner stickers? Do like I did and enlist in the HP Instant Ink program! I’ve saved so much money on ink since I did a year and a half ago. They have different plans, but the one I’m in (the most pages) is that I can print up to 300 pages worth of ink for just over $9.99 per month. You can choose lesser pages for a lower rate, but I do a lot of printing between coupons, planner stickers and other things. Click on the image here to check it out! –>

April 2020 Scripture Writing Plan – Security

April Scripture Writing Plan header

Hello friends,

First I want to apologize for not getting the April scripture writing plan posted. It wasnt’ my fault, honest! 🙂  I tried for DAYS and finally gave up till now when it’s time to get the May scripture writing plan up on the blog.

Every time I tried to log in to my blog the hourglass just kept spinning. It just kept trying and would time out every single time.  I suspect the internet was just too inundated with everyone home online since all the Covid-19 pandemic shut downs.  So many people were at home and online.

It seemed we could all use all the security we can get right now with all that’s going on in the world, so I chose SECURITY for the word of April.

Once this posts, I’m going to try to get May’s up to you, if the powers that be allow me to 🙂  God bless and have a great May!

Doodle Challenge for March 2020 – March!

March 2020 Doodle Challenge

The March 2020 Doodle Challenge is now here 🙂 Better late than never, right?

Life has really been hectic of late as I adjust to being a single mom.  But more on that in another post 🙂

Some of the items in this month’s doodle challenge may seem odd, but I really want to save the “Spring” things for next month 🙂 I had to really think to get enough for March, but I wound up taking some of the “National Day of…”, “World Day of”, etc. images. I hope you still like it!

Blog Appearance Issues

I’m sure you’ve noticed a difference in the appearance of my blog. I let the most recent update with WordPress be installed a while back and it left it looking like this (even using a child theme, for those who know that term). I tried to install a previous version of WordPress and it caused my whole blog to crash which left it down for a few days.

I had to pay my web hosting company to fix it for me and they were supposed to take it back to the version of WordPress before it messed up but they wound up taking it back to this again.  I haven’t had time to devote to working on the back end of the blog, but hope to soon.

Mainly it has my header too small and the sidebar backgrounds are white instead of transparent. Also my header images are showing up twice.

But it’s readable now, so just bare with me till I can get it fixed 🙂  Thanks!
